Asus launches ZenFone Go 5.5 (ZB552KL) smartphone in India at Rs 8,499

Taiwanese multinational company, Asus has introduced the ZenFone Go 5.5 (ZB552KL) smartphone in Indian market. It will be available in Charcoal Black and Sheer Gold colour only through Amazon India at a price of Rs 8,499.

 

The ZenFone Go 5.5 (ZB552KL) smartphone offers a 5.5-inch HD with a resolution of 720×1280 pixels IPS LCD display and provide 500 nits of brightness. It also comes with a feature of Bluelight Filter which is used for eyes in continuous use of smartphone. It has a quad-core Snapdragon 410 SoC with 2GB of RAM and supports dual-SIM. The device offers 16GB storage which can be expandable up to 128GB by using microSD card and is back up by a 3000mAh battery.

The smartphone comes with a camera at rear of 13-megapixel with dual-LED flash and a camera at front of 5-megapixel. Both the cameras have an f/2.0 aperture. Pixel Master 3.0 app is installed in the smartphone with different modes for better photography experience including Back Light (HDR) Mode, Low Light Mode, Manual Mode (for DSLR-like camera detail settings), Real Time Beautification Mode, Super Resolution Mode (for up to 4X resolution photos), Night Mode, Photo Effect Mode, Selfie Panorama, and Selfie Mode.

The device operates on Zen User Interface 3.0 which is based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. It has several features such as 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, 3.5mm audio jack, and FM radio. Its dimensions are 153.4×76.44×10.95mm, and weighs 168 grams. There are some sensors in the smartphone including an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, digital compass, and proximity sensor. It also offers dual internal mic with noise cancellation for better call quality.
