Taiwanese consumer Electronics Company, HTC and American telecommunications company, Sprint has introduced its latest HTC Bolt smartphone in U.S. market which is available at a price of Rs 40,250. The company did not inform about the launch of HTC Bolt smartphone in global market.
The HTC Bolt smartphone offers a 5.5-inch QHD (1440×2560 pixels) display with an IP57 protection from water, splash, and dust. The device is made up of aluminum which is water-resistance and operates on Android 7.0 Nougat. It has various features such as split-screen view, free unlimited photo storage with Google Photos app, and inbuilt Google Duo video calling app. The device has also a fingerprint scanner that is used in unlock the smartphone in just 0.2 seconds.
The device has Qualcomm Snapdragon X10LTE modem which helps in support 3 x 20 MHz and the Sprint claimed the device as the fastest smartphone ever. HTC has latest iPhone devices which discarded headphone jack. It has USB Type C –enabled headphones with new smartphone and also support HTC Boom Sound Adaptive Audio.
There are two cameras which are placed at the rear of 16-megapixel and at the front of 8-megapixel. The rear camera comes with OIS (optical image stabilization), 4K video recording and PDAF (phase detection auto focus) and the front camera has LED flash. It has 32GB of storage which can be expandable up to 2TB by using microSD card and is back up by a 3200mAh battery. The device offers 3GB of RAM and supports Qualcomm Quick Charge for fast charging.
